The quality of our squad (or lack of it) was exposed last night, no Alonso, no Sissoko, and a lack of firepower upfront is quite worrying. David James hardly had a save to make. After the 3-0 reverse at Arsenal, Liverpool had a run of games that a club of this size should really be winning, Middlesbro, Man City, Portsmouth, Wigan, Fulham, Watford (sorry) and Charlton and after the first three of those games we've managed one win and one goal. Ah well, keep smilin' RES???
