Here we go again just how many players are we likely to lose to this. Annoying mid season competition???

Kayembe is going to be a big miss as right now he has been playing so well.

Louza, quite frankly I will not miss at all, in fact I think we should try and offload him altogether in the window.

Dele Bashiru, is getting a lot of gametime. But I think we can cope without him.

Bayo, hopefully he won't be going, as he does a job despite his ill fitting shooting boots he often seems to wear.

I'm sure there are others we might lose, but right now I can't think of them?

What do u reckon guys could this competition adversely cost us?

The only Watford player that I can see has been named in any of the provisional squads is Edo Kayembe for DR Congo. And as I understand it while they have another week or so to bring the numbers down from 50ish to a squad of 27, they can only put players in their final squad who were named in the provisional one.

Bayo, Louza and Dele-Bashiru not called up at all.

I did not know that, so good news over all except for Kayembe as I think he has been a big factor in our current good form.

I didn't realise that Mr Tumble had been omitted from the Ivory Coast squad.
    That'll cheer him up!

Ivory Coast through on penalties v Senegal .

This after sacking their manager presumably thinking they were out of the tournament already in the group stages !

    Very AFCON I feel .

Bit of a shock to see Morocco exit. Thought they would take the title based on their squad and WC exploits. Losing to SA is pretty galling.

Are Ivory Coast going to win after sacking their manager in the group stages!?

A surprise win. Not much quality on display. I'm sure conehead was quite comfortable sitting alongside Alassane Outtara given their ego's
