didnt know where to put this so feel free to move want to get a new 1 gb ram stick for my computer but have never purchased something like this before so any recommendation's of where to buy and how much i should be looking to pay
I always went to SRS Computers at the top of Watford high street to have my last three computers upgraded. Good value, guaranteed work and they're no cowboys. Give them a ring and get a quote.
2nded on SRS. If you're not to sure which memory you need, you can try the monkeys at PC world. Just take your main unit in and they'll do the business for you. Wouldn't trust them to do anything else though and they're normally fairly competitive on price.
ive got someone to fit the stick for me as my mums friend is an i.t man so thats not a problem i just need to know how much im gunna be paying for the actual stick itself thanks for all the replies by the way very helpful also nath why would that be any better?
