Happy to be proved wrong but I think Pozzo will pull out due to an “unavoidable other commitment” and it will be a hand picked farce like last time with WD18, 1881 and FTRE front and centre trying to get a few crumbs for their own ends in return for being ownership sycophants.

We know how the repellant Pozzo and Duxbury operate - they aren’t changing.

There have been some serious goofs and gaffs, jokes and japery on this thread in the past couple of days, and I’ve just enjoyed catching up to the point of guffawing out loud once or twice.

I don't believe it does. The regulations state that clubs must set out the framework of their fan engagements in their customer charters. Ours still states that meetings will be open to all fans, as they haven't bothered to update it for a few years (a pretty good indication of how seriously they take it...)

Yeah, I had kind of hoped that on top of the apology, which was welcome, he'd also correct or at least clarify his misunderstanding in the original post. Sort of ironic that the original point was that it was fair enough to mistake someone's identity based on their user name on a forum. Now I'm relying on people reading on the subsequent messages to realise it was all just a misunderstanding.

Having said that, it's now three pages ago, so it might as well be carved on ancient tablets in the lost city of Atlantis.
