https://www.watfordfc.com/news/official-watford-sign-kamara Left back signed from Nice until June 2025.
Hamstring is ok apparently according to a post in the Newcastle thread. Good debut I thought seeing as he is still intergrating, plenty of pace and a few tricks up his sleeve.
There was one point in the second half where he flew past a couple of Newcastle players. I'll see if I can find the clip.
If you can, I think there are quite a few news outlets and scientific institutions that will be very interested indeed - big stuff!
I remember at the time thinking it was odd King (?) didn’t make any sort of run down the wing so Kamara seemed to take matters into his own hands. Bit of an aside but I’m often left scratching my head other some of our players movement, it’s baffling the amount of times they just run almost right next to the player with the ball in the same direction and don’t make any sort of run.
The kind of thing Sarr should be doing relentlessly, either you beat them in a foot race or they foul you.
This guy is capable of changing the whole dynamic of the side. We're quite used to being quick down one flank but now we have two.
Nice touch to reach out to a fan who has been ill. https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/s...d-signing-kamara-makes-heartfelt-gesture-fan/
Gonna be sad seeing him leave in a cut-price deal to Wolves or Southampton or some other mediocre team
I'm loving this guy, because not only has he been one of our best players since he joined the club but he also is not afraid to say it how it is (see his interview on the official club site). Both Roy and Tom Cleverly in their interviews say they are happy with what we have done in the last two matches and have nothing but praise for the team. As for Kamara he also says we have not done to bad in those games, however he then says that we need to do better in attack because we cannot win games without scoring, therefore if we hope to stay in the PL this has to improve
There's a lot to like about this guy, he's only been here a month and has already won a lot of fans over. He's also the last player who should be apologising to the fans, let's hear it from the real cowards.
Doesn't deserve this mess. Neither does Samir and Kayembe to be honest. I'd make him captain over Sissoko. Seems like one of the only ones that actually gives a fark
The real cowards get their highly paid media agency to tweet ‘Fans were incredible despite the poor result! Let’s go again! We will do this but only together!’
Kept Lamptey in his pocket much of the time. His performances have been well above most of his team mates. Reminds me of a previous incumbent in his attitude and desire to win dear Jose Holebas. I would make him captain as of now. Sissoko was ambling about most of the time and how he remained on rather than Kayembe beats me.
Thought he had his worst game so far. Highlight was him throwing the ball straight out for a Brighton throw in the first half.
Runs a lot, no end product and can’t cross. Lamptey made him look stupid yesterday. Still, cult hero as he gave an old lady a shirt and shook hands with a weirdo at the Burnley game.
He seemed to get hurt midway through the first half. He went down, stayed down but slowly got up and carried on. I thought he may have turned his ankle over, something like that. If so, it's the sort of injury where you can run it off but then it swells big time later. I thought it affected him.
I hope you are wrong mate, as he has been great so far and we are really going to need a fully functional Kamara to help get us out of the **** we are in
Great new interview with Kamara on the Official Club Site, well worth a read! I'm loving this man I think he is a brilliant new asset for the club both on and off the pitch and destined to become a Hornet Legend
