On the last trip to the Boleyn Ground I managed a couple of pints with a West Ham mate in the Queens Head.
As he said - the sort of place you wipe your feet on the way out.

Match experience there was great under lights. We had a 1-1 conceding a latish equaliser, and then managed to hang on for the ensuing onslaught.
Playing there v Charlton was an entirely different - but as on most of my trips we lost.

The video is extremely upsetting. I feel sick after watching it. I hope he gets arrested and sacked by West Ham.

I went there in the GT season. Nick Wright put in a showing that even Ken Sema would've been ashamed of.

No hassle at all experienced. I do remember a supermarket with some especially rank plantains for sale.

I'm no cat lover but I couldn't watch after the first bit where he drops and kicks the poor thing. Senseless. Why would he so such a thing and on another level, why would he be happy to have such behaviours on film?

Seems Senegal had an open top bus celebration in Dakar so unless Sarr skipped it, I’d say zero chance he’s involved tonight.

PS. F*ck Zouma. Should throw the book at him. But they won’t. Because he’s a £30m first-team player. He it been a youth team player, he’d be gone already. 2 week fine and will probably sit tonight out - that’s as far as they will go.

I remember going there with Ken and Amanda Brown when Kenny was playing.
I also went when the Chicken Run were constantly swearing at George Parris.

Is it completely impossible for him to fly to London this morning then play same day? Even off the bench?

Genuinely no idea. I doubt it’s impossible - I know a lot of South American PL players share private flights home. So not beyond possibility that Mendy, Mane, Sarr etc do that.

Just think it’s unlikely he’ll be involved but fingers crossed!

Not that it makes it any better or worse but the fact that these are his cats, animals that he would have adopted on the requisite that he would love and look after them just makes it so sad. Then teaching the kid in the video to slap it. Jesus Christ.

I doubt the club will sack him, but if he was a Watford player i'd boo and abuse the f**k out of him everytime I saw him play.

I would have thought Woy would want to work with him first, get the game plan sorted, but bench, maybe.

The cats in question are also bengals, a lot of people in the twitter comments are actually blaming the cat saying it might have scratched him or something. I’ve owned Bengals and they can be a bit more boisterous (but lovely, and a bit more like dogs than cats in the way they behave) so you absolutely do not get a bengal if you aren’t prepared for them to be a bit more lively than a normal cat, they’re crossed with a small leopard ffs!

The Met Police have decided not to investigate which will surprise no one. To be fair they don't have much evidence, just a video showing the incident and an admission of guilt from Zouma.

I dunno, if you watch the replays carefully and from a certain angle it looks like the cat initiated contact with Zouma. Certainly left a leg dangling and asked the question. Best to leave it to the internet masses to decide I think.

West Ham ace Kurt Zouma filmed KICKING and slapping his pet cat in horrific video
    https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/1757...dium=sharebar_native&utm_campaign=sharebaramp

    Don’t watch if you’re sensitive.
People who are filmed being abusive to animals normally have to keep their head down/move home viz the woman who put a cat in a wheelie bin and closed the lid.
Animal rights demos outside his house incoming.

    Edit.
My humblest apologies this is The Sun but I googled West Ham cat abuse and this came up. The topics on this site eh ...

Anyone who will do this to an animal will do it to a human (that is smaller than him, obviously). A bully and an insecure coward.

Yep. And animal rights activists are downright crazy murderous hypocrites.

My beagle was rescued after anti-hunt activists poisoned and killed his parents and all of the other pack beagles.

So they'll probably burn down Kurt's house with everyone locked inside.

It was great - an old fashioned close to the pitch feel - loftus road style or the dell

It was however scarier! - like the old den Gillingham and old Walsall and Maine Road

LBC have just had a magistrate on who said they can, and often do (and given the high profile of the case), and that some 'owners' get six months in prison
