Despite my intense dislike of the WWE and the direction it's taken in the last 5 years I'm going to have to watch Mania tonight seeing as Rock and Stone Cold will be about. Who else is watching? Predictions? Winners? Suprises?
it says a lot about the direction and drop in popularity that they are having to drag out The Rock and Stone Cold after 3 or 4 years. All it does is stop the new stars coming through and stop progression
How did you enjoy it? I'm giving serious thought to going next year. As a matter of interests, how much were tickets, and how much did you end up spending on the whole?
i think cena vs the rock may perhaps be one of the best matches ever, on a par with the two hbk vs undertaker bouts.
Exactly, as soon as they confirmed that match I started seriously considering saving up for a ticket, travel etc. It could be like Rock/Hogan, but better.
Like him or loathe him (I'm the latter), Cena has had a fair few good matches over the years. It'll be the biggest stars of two generations which will make for an incredible atmosphere (and huge takings for WWE).
Cena's character is stale. With a large % of the crowd on his back he needs to turn heel. I severely doubt this will happen in the next year now that the match has been booked.
I would strongly recommend it to any WWE fan. I will give you just a few prices that i paid for WWE events. WWE VIP Axxess Ticket £45 WWE Hall Of Fame ticket £40 WWE Wrestlemania Ticket £90 WWE Raw £20 I would say all of the above are worth going to.
He'll be the heel anyway even if not intentionally. Next years Wrestlemania is in the hometown of The Rock, Miami. He'll get booed out of the building.
That's a lot less than I imagined. Did you have good views? How much did you need for spending money too?
For Wrestlemania the seats were not that good. My advice for Mania never get tickets on the floor or on the riser. I must have taken over about £650 worth of dollars over for the 7 days, and spent all of it.
that is literally mental! thats over a grand in an already insanely cheap county! you must be one hell of a drinker/prostitute enthusiast
I went as well, had a crazy time. Even had a legit run in with The Miz in the foyer of Gold's Gym in Atlanta!
Interesting. I'd imagine it's a sliding scale. The better the view, the more expensive? Why am I not suprised? He comes across as a grade A ****.
That's bloody good considering I paid £60 for a house show at the NIA about 10 years ago. Was a ring high seat though. If in Florida I heartily recommend seeing TNA it's free:sign15:
