Is Watson eligible to play in this? If not, may explain Guiedera coming off and Watson staying on despite being clearly knackered on Sat?
I've only started noticing your posts since yesterday but they've all really got on my nerves for some reason. I think I've disagreed with everything you've said. Nothing personal honestly just a really weird observation lol.
back at ya, hence the question: 52.5 During the period of any temporary loan transfer, a Player shall not play against his Parent Club (as defined in Regulation 53.1.1 below) without the prior written permission of the Parent Club (which, if given, must be indicated on the appropriate temporary loan transfer form). I agree with this. Firstly, I am apprehensive, but then I always am on a Sunday thinking, "surely this cant continue"! But I too agree we should win this and win it well and I always get more optimistic the closer we get to match day (that's why I always leave my 'Orns betting until just before the game!). We should score 2 or 3 IF the team turns up and does not get complacent, and we shouldn't concede more than 1. BUT, I also agree that a loss here wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Heck, it almost feels like we've earned the right to lose a game. That may sound pretty odd; but we've pulled back a 7 point deficit. We've battled hard from behind in some games and come out on top. We are in the mix. We lose this one, we are still in the mix. I'd take a loss tomorrow if it meant winning the next 3. It jut feels good to be in the position that we haven't been in over the past month or 2, where before a loss was massive and made us lose touch, a loss tomorrow and we are still in touch. Will possibly still be second. Saying that, my 'Orns will be on a 3-1 type outcome. I won about 7,000 yesterday so I must be getting something right!!!
Apologies for the mistake - here is a link to a report on the state of the pitch from earlier this year. To be honest, it looks far worse than my original picture. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/wigan-v-cardiff-city-take-8699235 Looking at the comment section at the bottom of the page, it seems the pitch was a disgrace before the rugby lot started to play on it.
I had a look here to see how the pitch looked http://www.wiganlatics.co.uk/news/a...united-1-championship-dw-stadium-2320445.aspx but to be fair I'm left with a feeling of awe due to the quality of their banners
Anyone from around Leeds thinking of going to this? I'm hoping to make it but don't fancy a two hour return journey by myself! EDIT: Actually, I'm not sure if they're doing pay on the day for away fans... only £15-17 for adults though, remarkable cheap!
I hate stats like that. The longer runs like that go on for, the more likely they are to come to an end, and we're usually a very generous side for teams on such runs to play. Not this time though. Malky's Manky Wigan 1, Joka's All-New Ruthless Watford 2
I'm not sure - they are for home fans, so I'd assume they are for away fans! I'll send the official Watford page a tweet.
I know it will not be easy on their pitch for us, but please please can we have a win tomorrow, it will make our mission so much easier, thank you
We have an opotunity to put distance between us and 3rd place. Cardiff v Bournemouth Derby v Middlesbrough We should win this.
I'm not over confident about winning any game because any team can beat anyone in this division on their day Difference with this current squad is that they have a never say die attitude as demonstrated against Bolton and Blackburn Wigan away in a be really good to win (it's not a must win) in the week when it's uckin cold would normally fill me with dread.....nowadays I think we will win
Play the pitch. 3-5-2, play it up to Deeney and get Anya and Paredes putting crosses in as much as possible.
I thought Wigan were actually decent when we played them at home and we only just scrapped past them then. It's annoying that they won on Saturday, because it gives them a bit of hope.
On the contrary, teams at the bottom often appear to struggle to string wins together. I'm not at all disappointed that Wigan won at the weekend.
Absolutely agree.....Wigan's recent form and a real chance now of staying up makes them very dangerous, especially with the passion that Malky will have instilled....since they signed the outstanding Harry Maguire (Why the HELL didn't we sign him???), they have hardly looked back, if anyone knows a top CB in the making, Malky does. Will do well to avoid defeat, but if we score first we should be alright.
Official #watfordfc @watfordfcsays 1m1 minute ago #watfordfc team news: Almen Abdi (hamstring) and Sean Murray (knee) are ruled out. All other players are available for tomorrow at Wigan.
We will have to be careful as you can be sure they will be hitting the deck anywhere within free kick range after Pennant's double on Saturday ... Malky's orders are about as subtle as tripe pudding.
Forestieri works really well behind Deeney and Vydra, but with Ighalo recently indisposed I worry that it would leave us with no strikers to fall back on. Any alternative suggestions?
