Just one of a number of random signings we made under Boothroyd. Even more random than some of the ones we've had in recent years. Mind you even the great GT had some. They seem pretty dismissive of our form on the road - hopefully time to show them up again.
Decent value. Or is it? Does everything in Poundland cost a pound? And what is the going rate for a **** ring? How does the quality compare? Data required.
Not if we keep it on the deck we don't ... Can't see Capoue getting back in for a while and I rate Prodl, Kabs and Gomes to easily deal with their Ariel threat on Saturday. WBA certainly won't show us the same respect as they did Arsenal and I believe we will profit from it.
Yes - we will not be as strong. Chalobah and Doucoure seemed to work well - we were not as strong in midfield v Swansea and 1st time he did not sparkle. Big loss especially as Hughes does not seem in favour
I think Watson will come in for Capoue. MS didn't seem that impressed with him last week. At some point Richarlison will need resting. He is only 19 and played 12 or 15 games of the Brazilian season before he came here. WBA away where its going to be rough and physical could be a good time
My last visit to the Warley Throstles (as I'm sure they were called before The Baggies) saw us lose one-nil in circa 1977/1978 in the league cup, to a team that included Johnny Giles, Tony Brown, Alistair Brown and Laurie Cunningham. I think that was very possibly the last time I saw Watford sober....and I'm not planning on changing that stat this week
Don't wash it, never wash lucky clothes until they become unlucky again. Don't let the Palarse supporting Mr IBB ruin the run by washing them, that's the type of underhanded behaviour that lot get up to. Don't wash the socks until the run is over, just don't. It's important.
Steer clear of IBB if she takes Sortof's advice. She'll be the one in the violet shorts with the strange perfume
Gomes Kiko F. - Kabs C. - Maps A. - Cholevas J Cleverly - Doucoure Carillo D. - Pererya - Richie Nips Big Troy Deeney
I have a sneaking feeling Pereyra might play there . He's a better option than Cleverley in that role. Chalobah s role was to use his technique and vision to transisiton quickly from defence to attack which Pereyra is perfectly equipped and played many games for Juve and Udi in the CM role .
"Watford have made an excellent start to the season and they've been outstanding away from home. I just have to side with West Brom though. I can see them making things extremely tight and nicking a win through a set piece." Flawless.
WBA 0 Watford 1 a late goal from a Deeney pen shown last on motd and pundits to say how bad or unlucky WBA were instead of commending Silva's tactics and a forth away win for the Orns Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The thing about Lawro that I really don't understand is that he seems to double down on his mistakes. In the table comparing actual league Vs Lawro league, we are 10 places above where he has us, Muff are 12 places below. He could easily bring it more into balance without looking ridiculous by predicting is to win and Muff to lose to Lesta. But no, he predicts the opposite. If results do not go as he predicts, we will be 13 places below our real position, Muff will be 14 places above. He's a bit thick, isn't he.
I honestly think you drop Cleverly back in front of the back 4 and stick Deeney in behind Gray. Let him handle the physical battles and let Gray use his pace. It's a perfect game to get Troy back in.
