apart from the fact they will only put one replacement bus due to it being a sunday service !!

I hope journey goes well for you.

My mate was one of those that was unfortunate enough to miss most of the carling cup final on sunday.

Enjoy your 1hr30min + rail replacement bus from tiverton. Then almost a 5 hour train journey back.

Fact is getting a free coach is easier than any trian service on offer.

im nearly 6 foot 2 tool. a long coach or car journey was out of the question.

as long as i get there, a small coach journey at the end is cool. a good price as well.

Haha, well after getting that very train and coach service back to plymouth just last sunday i can assure you all will not be well regardless of what First Great Western tell you.

3 cancellations at Paddington meant 3 train loads squashed into one train, no seats until just before Tiverton. My usual 4 hour train ride back to uni ended up taking 6, oh and that was just getting to Tiverton, thankfully i'd arranged for my gf to meet me at Tiverton saving myself from a good hour and half to two hour coach journey. Oh and chances are, they'll use your train to replace local services as well so you'll be stopping at every single poxy unoccupied country station to pick up the odd farmer and his sheepdog, so i wish you the best of luck.

Basically, take it from somebody who gets that train on a regular basis, it's going to take a whole lot longer than you think.

Either he's unable to comprehend my post describing my journey on the same train last week, or he's been telling himself it'll be fine so many times that he actually believes it. I think we'll be seeing about the 75 minute mark!
