It's not more like it - it's a helluva lot LESS like it.

I'm not saying we shouldn't buy for the future but there are imminent issues to address.

 

Class player IMO. Dads a big Oxford fan. Reckons he is calm on the ball and pulls the tricks of a 40 year old. He would not be best pleased if he left, he has a "very big future."

here we go again another one of mr Boothroyds one for the future non league signings, we are looking at getting into the premiership this season at the earliest so we need players that are able to play in that league not join us now and spend a couple of seasons out on loan at lower league clubs, as for the he has been watched 3 times by us no wonder we are getting rid of our scouts if this is where they are looking.

 

What exactly are the tricks of a 40 year old? Hair loss, back trouble, a wandering eye when shopping with the missus, erectile disfunction?

Buying talented youngsters are a _good_ thing, so let's hope this kid can cut it if we sign him.

But, Aidy has a habit of buys cr@p youngsters who will never ever break through at any level above League One. Hoskins, Avinel and Ashikodi spring to mind.
