    that wouldn't be true though. i'm sure in 1762 it would of been different.
    its not even true now actually. its only true in the sense that within the 3 seconds, someone would of dies, just like you could say every 20 seconds someone dies. i think you mean every 3 seconds a child in africa dies due to poverty.
