Probably in the region of £20m. We own our own ground, have planning permission for various extentions, a guaranteed income over the next two years thanks to the Premiership and obviously playing assets worth a few million too.
I think it would also depend on what the ACTUAL ANNUAL SUSTAINABLE INCOME is, which we still do not know. If the club is not going to run at a loss year in year out (outside the premiership) then one needs to know what the potential annual profits will be. Added to that a ustained run in the premeir league would mean a very healthy business indeed. As UEA says, the freehold is a large asset and if ever the land was requirded for non football stuff, the value would have a huge premium. If someone was buying into the club like a yank or Commie - i'd say £1,000,000,000,000,000,000 that sould put em off. I'm happy with our board of directors and the direction of the club. I don't want some stupid damn yank yanking the club to shyte. Yanks should stick to USA and eating shyte food and staying fat....
