OK, so today is hosting renewal day, (happens every 2 years). What happens with this mob is that the renewal is done automatically by making a charge to the debit card that setup the original account. I've been receiving emails for the last month making sure I was OK to renew with them and how smooth it would all be. Due to the fact that I received a new debit card this year, and nobody at the hosts realised this, they tried to charge my old card :dismay:. One hasty call to the States and it's sorted.
