Karagounis would be a decent option if we don't pull off the Ambrosini deal. He is available on a Free Transfer after being released by Fulham and would fulfil a similar role in terms of providing an experienced head off the pitch. I'd also argue he'd have a role to play on it - he's a combative midfielder and a natural leader, and still has the legs if his World Cup performances are anything to go by. Wages are likely to be inflated but no more so than Ambrosini's would be. Thoughts?
From what I have just read about him, he could indeed be an alternative to Ambrosini, good spot Ainzrocker :sign15:
