It said 'QPR want to bring in Watford Midfielder Jordan Stewart in the summer' Wouldnt be a loss, or a gain to QPR....
They've already got Mahon, and they wanted Doyley. Throw in Poom and Jackson and they'll gave a full house!
i can't see it, the powers that be seem keen to stay tight lipped about the players were interested in on saturday i was told we were interested in bringing back cookie, big dan and george boateng but all this rumour needs is a pich of salt
well i wouldnt be surprsied if he goes, he's never reached his potential and now the fans have turned on him its just going to get worse and worse for him
OK let's say JS goes, who do we replace him with??? I think we under estimate his value to the team. He has been asked to play at left back when his favoured position is Left mid and I have to say that given his recent opportunatey to play at left mid he has been more effective
I wouldnt hold your breath, if the board at loftus road listen to the fans, who think that with the money they have they should be setting their sights higher than J stewart, (proves they arent completely dense) They have and will be linked with every player who's contract is up and they have a good scouting party who are unlikely to be interested in stewart given recent performances. Having one of the healthiest (if not the healthiest) bank balance in the league and boasting spending power to rival chelsea QPR are on their way back to the top (albeit buying the right rather than earning it) and Stewart, I feel, will have no part in that. Doyley is an interest to them and they are likely to approach for him. I say all this on the back of a drunken nights conversation/arguing with a lifelong QPR fan and season ticket holder who is a member and boasts high profile contacts within Loftus Road! (therefore it is more of an opinion than actual fact but I am confident(ish) on the source.)
He was krap, though one can't question his effor level, which was an example to some others. We have to get our wage bill down, so offering a big bucks contract to a bit-part player like Stewart cannot be allowed to happen.
