You mean Kris Commons right? Well too bad for us but I can't see him being any better than our two 1st choice wingers.

I'm gobsmacked .. he stood by Forest when they were League 1 and leaves when they are promoted to the CCC !!

Either Derby are paying silly money or Commons has fallen out with Calderwood.

Commons was a die hard Derby supporter as a kid - bit like our Lee **** situation but closer to home.

Sorry, I read it somewhere the other week which must've been bollox. Googled it and it's all Forest

If, as reported by Robert Peel in his summary of the WO, Jordan Stewart was on £4000 a week, I'd say he was good value, comparatively.

£4000 a week? No wonder he wanted to leave!

I wonder if he rejected the new contract offer because we offered him less than he was already on, or just being a greedy terwat

Sorry guys...just repeated the last couple of posts elsewhere!

It seems he was offered a double your pay deal...so 8k a week.

I am not surprised Stewart felt a little hacked off with even players like Hoskins on 7.5k a week!

Stewart was a crap left back and was paid accordingly.

Still only 24 would have been a very good signing - especially as the fee will be free or at most set by tribunal.

Anyway he's on holiday and only been in talks (though it does sound like it's a done deal...) i'm clinging to the hope Aidy will make a last minute bid and he'll come to us ;)
