ok 'borough do actually have a chance of getting through, although doubtful but i cant see it being played at st. james park
watford v who ever at the emirates blackburn v who ever at villa park/old trafford if we get man utd the fa will want the biggest venue.
Can't see the FA wanting to play both semi finals at the same ground on Saturday and Sunday due to the number of fans staying overnight either the night before the game or the night of the game. Can you imagine the chaos in Birmingham on Saturday evening when it's full of pi$$ed up fans from Man Ure, Blackburn, Chelski and WFC ? Apart from that, Villa Park is the ideal venue, however if (when) Man Ure beat Middlesborough in the replay, I don't think they'll want to drag the Chelski lot all the way up to Old Triffid, when it's just a short bus ride for the Blackburners. Forget the trains....... start looking at cheap flight options for Newcastle
St James' Park would be a joke...hardly any Watford fans would bother going to see us get hammered by Man U if that was the case. The BBC might make it a 6 PM kick as well. Its even futher than Plymouth. Got to be Villa Park.
Three venues. Old Trafford Emirates Villa Park Although I did read a while ago that ******* Road could be a possible venue. No way will St.James Park be used for either of these two fixtures.
st marys and st james park as discussed are both awful suggestions! However daft the FA appear at times i dont think they are that stupid!
Not such a bad shout........... It has been mooted as a venue before, and its certainly big enough :sign12:
Apparently the FA haven't even decided who is playing when yet, let alone where! Spurs could well be playing the Thursday before the Semis, thereby making them the Sunday game if they get past Chelsea next Monday.
