I can't see him moving any time soon, whether the rumours are true or not. Richard Lee is not long for the first team and in time Loach could be the lad to put him back in his rightful place... ;)

I personally wouldn't. Quality goalkeepers are worth their weight in gold as Foster proved.

Not long for the first team - Our Captain?

Disagree - I think Lee has cemented his place and it is Poom who is at risk.

Loach is a good back up keeper with massive potential, and at 19 has time in the future to take over as number 1 but not yet.

However if he does get an under 21 cap we might be tempted to sell ,or swap him for Ben.:]]

Poom is a gonner I have no doubt. I was also being a little TIC about the Lee thing. He's not captain really though. Once Jay is back and Eustace gets the respect thing sorted he'll be at least 3rd on the list.

Many things have to be taken into consideration. What is the length of his present contract, what % sell-on clause do Lincoln have etc.

If we want to keep him it looks as if we will need to offer a contract extension and pretty soon.

Whenever ive seen Loach playe he seems really good, like a young Ben Foster(possibly better)

I can't believe he is still only 19 he seems to have been around for ages.

Poom won't be around next season and I think ultimately Lee is destined to be no 2 keeper as Aidy has tried to replace him every season he has been here.

From what I understand Loach is thought of very highly at the club so I can't see him going anywhere soon.

In fact Goal Keeping wise we are very well setup for the future, not only do we have Loach, but we also have two more, even younger, very good keepers coming on behind him.

We have North (Feb), who I believe is a Welsh youth international and a Hungarian lad called Antal (Aug), both of them born in 1991.

The future is bright, the future is YELLOW!!!

He won't be in contention for the first team for at least another 2 seasons, probably more.

whenever i have seen Loach play he seems far better than Bozo ever was and or will be. Loachy however is not that good at the moment but has great potential which seems to be forthcoming as he is gaining first team experience and not ucking around in the reserves.

UEA - when we came third with Bozo in goal, i argued then that he was a donut and not that good and 95% of the wfc unfaithful canuting based fan club said "we went up because of Bozo and had Coco been in goal we wouldn't of got third spot".

So far seems to be a load of bollox that one based on our league postion with 12 to go. The way i saw it two seasons ago, Bozo was the reason we didn't get automatic promotion.

    Burnley 1 Watford 3

My gran could kick futher than Lee that season, he's a better player now. I don't think you can directly compare the two seasons.

what is the difference - bozo kicking to their keeper or coco kicking it into the stands. ball given away, either way.

i do think you can compare - bozo stopped coco's development for two seasons, we'd have a top top notch experienced keeper now.

Our Scott is obviously a potential star keeper, judging by the interest being shown in him by a few Premiership clubs!!!

Therefore I hope we manage to hold on to him and that he gets to become our first team keeper at some time in the future!!! Hopefully he will make that breakthrough, sooner rather than later, or he will probably be tempted to move to one of those clubs showing an interest in him!!!

I really don't see how ANYONE can rate Lee over Foster :dismay:

It's a no-brainer! Foster is by far and away the better keeper!!

Good to see Loachy is obviously doing well at Bradford...we'd be mugs to sell him!

A BCFC supporter i now, reckoned that they were tired and jaded v a pish poor leicester.

We need to go out all cylinders firing and be 3-0 up at half time and go on and muller them.

Not too sure mate, i'll ping him a text when i've come out of my meeting at 12:30....i'd imagine he will be there.

Spoke to a Leicester fan earlier today, and he said they (Bristol) were awful, and on another day they would have smashed 6 past them!

    I fancy us tonight. 0-2.

Text Jobby, he has a ticket, but doesn't think he'll be able to make it.

50/1? Interesting. I may stick some money on in the ground. I do fancy 0-2 though. One in each half. Hendo first half, McAnuff second half. ;)

    Nothing to get excited about.

Weren't Tiggy (Diagouraga) scouted by loads of prem clubs too? Seem to remember Arsenal being mentioned.

Yeah, but being a French teenage boy, Tiggy was always going to be watched by Wenger. The fact that it had nothing to do with football was not reported however...
