Is this website a good reliable site I wonder? It's good that we are scouting for these promising players. Will he get a trial do you think or we will buy him straight away.
He can play on the the right wing and up front it seems and considering he only £450,000 might be worth a punt. He also scored 20 goals

Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd is reportedly in the race to sign Republic of Ireland Under 21 striker Roy O'Donovan. With Boothroyd (pictured) looking on during a scouting trip to Ireland, the Cork City man, 21, scored once and hit the post in his side's 2-0 win over Waterford United on Tuesday. And as O'Donovan's contract is due to expire at the end of the season, there are rumours he may be available for a cut-price €500,000 (£330,000). However, Watford would face competition from several sides should they firm up their interest in the youngster. Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood has apparently been trailing O'Donovan for almost a year and is believed to be ready to make his move next week. Hull and Fulham have also been linked with a move for the player, who has scored 20 goals in four months for Cork so far this season.

Do Cork City have a forum? Maybe you can ask how good he is on there if they do, and how he compares to Doyle?
I spoke to a couple of people in my office who watch Eircom games and they said he's good in Eircom League - Cork seem to have a good youth system.
Hes a decent player 20 goals is quite good seen him play a couple of times not sure if hes good enough for watford.
Is all well and good... ...Bear in mind the Eircom Premier Division is our equivalent to the British Gas Premier Division. Cheers GBH

our premier division is about the equivilant to the top of league 2/bottom league 1 teams. i attend irish league games most weeks and know a bit about the player. not too sure whether he'd be up to the task but a tril at the v least should be offered.
hu give a *** about some unproven player !!! we want players who are proven and sucessful in championship like helguson and robinson !!
NOT SO GOOD: Former Coventry City trainee Roy O'Donovan is the subject of two confirmed offers, from Fulham and Southend, as well as interest from Nottingham Forest, Watford and Southend. The 22-year-old returned to his homeland after his release by the Sky Blues and a short spell with Cheltenham to join Cork City. He has netted 20 goals to date this season. At lunchtime I spoke to a guy here, he said Roy is a good player in Eircom. Has a good touch but said it's had to compare. He said it's good to catch them when young but avoid once over 25. To be hoenst I would say we have enough when it comes to youngsters with potential but ...
