that one is the view of the rookery, going to be a bit like the madjeski stadium, posh flats out the back i believe

all stands with have a nifty "W A T F O R D" across the top

 

Don't know about 'posh flats' - it's 'affordable housing' for nurses.

Looks alright, and its a good way to keep the costs down. Only problem is the site imo, but i'm so glad we aren't leaving the Vic.

 

Surely These houses limit expansion of the rookery?

yes of course, they will.

just ask chelsea, the village was a good idea back then. not now. very little room for new stands now.

but given our fan base, do we need a new tier on the rook;D

 

I hope in the next 15 years, asuming boothroyd does make us a top 10 club, we will have enough to re-build the vic, to make it a top class 40k seater, or, move away to a new location with easier accses, i.e more car parks, nearer bus and train stops and stations

Is it just me or would it e too much to ask for an animated CAD/CAM/CG tour of the place. Cheap points to score by Ashton if he did that (or maybe got someone else to do it. Crayons and computers don't mix).
