Hey there JP, don't suppose you're the same dude on YouTube? I'm Benphase by the way. Can I ask anyone who went if there was excessive standing during the match? From the pics it looks like everyone is sitting but I'd be interested to know how much the stewards enforced the "no standing" rule they seem to have in most stadia these days.
It's not a rule, it's the law There wasn't much standing really. Some people were obviously there to have a good time and they occationally stood up and tried to gee everyone else up but really you can see everything sitting down.

Fair enough UEA. When I went to the U-16 match at wembley there was a group of 7 or 8 so-called "hard lads" who attempted to stand up at the front and then refused to sit down. The stewards gave them about 30 seconds after the first complaint and then frog-marched them out, which I thought was a bit harsh.
What odd behaviour! Not the standing but surely there were plenty of free seats at the U16 game and they could have gone to the back???
