McCormack and Offiong

Anyone know if there any good?

 

What positions do they play?

 

McCormack is by all accounts a decent player.

 

There both Strikers

whose goalscoring records are:

McCormack: 33 starts and 11 goals and is up for the SPL young player of the year award.

Offiong: 40 appearances and 21 goals and is the Scottish first division top scorer

 

If we sign these, sack the board/manager right away.

 

Why? have you seen them play?

 

That's all well and good but unless they're both 6'8" (5'4" in the air) they ain't gonna fit in

No, and i don't want to, But we should be looking for expirianced players who can improve our team, not unproved & unknown strikers who think they are better than they are.

 

Well McCormack is up for the Scottish young player of the year award and has been linked with Middlesbrough,Wigan,Hearts,Bristol City and Watford

not bad if you ask me

 

at the moment i would take anyone who looks like they knew where the goal was and that might score before 2012

 

McCormack is class, seen him play for Well a few times and he's impressed me every time. Often plays on the left wing for them and gets a lot of goals, similar type of play to Mcsheffery.

I'd be over the moon if we signed him, especially as it'd be a free transfer.

 

McCormack has had alot of intrest in him. Would be a good signing.

 

Scottish 1st division = League Two standard.

League Two standard = Hoskins.

Hoskins = Sh!te.

I live in Scotland and have seen McCormack 5 times live and a few on tv, he is a very very clever player (rules him out of suiting Watford), I have a few friends who support Motherwell too who say he will go onto big things BUT he is the same as Priksin - no better, very good with the ball at his feet nothing else really.
Also he didnt win young palyer of the year that went to Aiden from Celtic.

Offiong god help us please do not sign this guy! when I went to Ayr Vs Hamilton match he was terrible! I havent made my judgement totally on that game judgement also my friend Nick supports Accies and when I said we after him he laughed in my face and said "why? he would struggle in League 1 never mind Championship or Premiership"

Correctamundo. Bar Rangers/Celtic, the Scottish League is on a similar level to League 1 at best IMO.

 

Is he left footed? as we could do with natural left footed winger

 

Excellent. I was wondering how we could replace Hoskins. Sign him for 2 million as a punt, pay him 10k a week then let him go on loan to Gillingham until we can scrap him.

 

I though McCormack had signed a pre-contract deal with Wigan ?

Considering Hamilton drew 1-1 i don't think he did.

Try noting that when you clicked on Hamilton results the last update shows the result from February the 9th.
