Unless its raining or very cloudy then you will miss it.

Or if you are in a drinking establishment and can't be bothered to go outside.

 

i'll probably be having a drink induced nap , you couldnt take a few pictures for us could ya

 

Jeez - not very positive there Mr Afanof. I'm sure none of our hoofs will go high enough to block out the moon ;D

 

so it will be very dark tonight for a while

yeah it has here, its about a fifth covered at the moment, looks cool already!

 

I am back.

I have discovered the following:

The bottom part of the moon is beginning to go, and that it's far too cold for me to be going outside.

 

What if it's too dark due to the moon being covered up and I trip and fall?

 

im lucky, i have a beautiful view out of my window! Warm and comfortable!

i can still see most of the moon

 

Full Moon will be gone/red at Approx. 10.44

 

its about a third covered for me now! It takes a long time to get too totality!

 

why is this in the general watford section?!?!

 

Looks impressive. Taken a few shots myself but my camera is carp. Moved to steam room.

My daughter phoned from Leeds and said it looks really red there. Must be the pollution in the atmosphere!

It's a beautiful clear, starry night anyway.

 

Because there already was one in the steam room.

 

This was the best I could manage on the South Coast.

That was taken with a Minolta Z3, left on automatic and zoomed in to the maximum on optical zoom (12x), but without using the digital zoom.
