Different to any away game, i went up in a car with mates i used to live next to, went up on friday and stayed at 1 of their relatives house in Liverpool. Went into the city center for Friday, every time i spoke i got funny looks off scousers and heard some guy talking "ye we got fookin Watford tomorrow, they're sh!t, 4-0 in the bag m8", went into a pub (obviously im only 16 so didn't go near a drink ) and just as we walked in saw this scouse walk over to another scouse and smack him in the face. Have to say it was an absolute s***hole in the majority of liverpool but the people were mostly o.k and up for a joke, got dirty looks off scousers when i was walking down the road reading a sun. Then to the match day, and after being where we were in newcastle was strange sitting in row 5 at liverpool, not only that but i had a complete Wa**er sitting behind me, who when the "right/left side over ere" song started and i was doing it starts saying "o how fcuking stupid, what a bunch of morons, real clever song that is isnt it (and then to me) you silly ******", if this old **** uses the board, stick to home games you pr!ck. Still when the match was going through eventless patches it was some sort of entertainment listening to this tw*t go on, lol i hope its not a mod on this board or anything after the moan. Then after the game walked clueslessy out the ground just following crowds and ended up walking around Everton for about an hour. Went back to where i was staying for a bit then set off at 9 back to watford, manage to get back for 12 despite stopping at a service station where one of my mates bought a milkshake which was completely sour and off and was sick, still got some free stuff from the service station for it. Got back home just in time to see the Liverpool goals on T.V. Not the best away day this year but a decent couple of days out and saw liverpool city center for the first time. Then had to get up at 5 this morning for work!
