I am a Leicester City Fan and signed up for your site because I was curious as to why Watford fans seem to have a large disdain for Leicester.

This is surprising as until today I have not been aware of any animosity.

Is there something I am missing or is it a case of the loud minority distorting my understanding of your view on our club?

99% of us, me included, rank Leicester in the 'never had anything to do with' category, as you would us.

You had a public vote, of course people are going to try and give you the worst one.

Its really not a big deal. If the club weren't going to pick the plain one regardless of the vote then I'm afraid you have bigger problems, because the others really sucked.

Maybe they are going for the history thing - you know, reaching the FA Cup final a few times, never winning it, coming fourth in the old first division back in the 40s or 50s, that sort of thing.

But of course, that kind of thinking means Huddersfield Town are a bigger club than Leicester (and us, tbf).

The past is important, but it's the present that shapes the future. Championship > League 1
