From sporting life: Ken Bates has been reported to the police after he published the address of a former Leeds director. Melvyn Levi is involved in a dispute with Bates over the legality of a share issue, and has complained to the police after the former Chelsea owner published Levi's address in a Leeds match programme. In the article, Bates claims that Levi has cost the club investors, as well as damaging the club with his legal dispute. Bates wrote: "At this difficult time we should all be pulling together, but have an enemy within, Melvyn Levi. "Perhaps you would like to ask him to justify his behaviour, which is damaging to Leeds' prospects of advancement. Mr Levi lives at.....' Is it any wonder people don't like Leeds? The cross-eyed monkey as manager, arrogant fans and Bates as owner who knows no depths to stoop to. I never thought i would agree with a sc*mmer but Leeds are not even good enough for Kevin Nicholls. Quote from Wise: "Then I spoke to Kevin and he said he would like to go to Luton. I was gobsmacked. I said I would have a chat with him on Thursday and he needed to think about what was he saying. He said he had made his mind up and felt he had made a mistake in coming to Leeds. "He said he wanted to go back to Luton, more or less straight away, a team that are fighting us for relegation. I'm very disappointed. "I asked if it was myself and Gus that were the problem and he said no. He said after a little while being here he felt he had made a mistake.
Can't see how master bates can get away with that, publishing someone's address like that is basically asking for someone to go round and pay the bloke a visit. Just another excuse for their poor position and the calamaty of picking wise as manager without interviewing anyone else
Can we deduct them from next years total, seeing as it won't make any difference this year as their already going down :]]
