Be interesting to see how this affects our interest in Styles as they'd probably be vying for the same spot in the team (Sema could also play there, but might play elsewhere on the pitch). Ebosele is an interesting one too, we should have looked at him (or someone like him) last season, now we have Andrews, Ferreira and Ngakia (sort of) who can play there, even if Andrews is young, Ferreira has been a crock, and Ngakia's progress has basically ground to a halt
I think we could bring in Styles as well, his ability to play in midfield and on the left will be huge. Also Styles is a permanent signing whereas Zemura would be temporary. Personally not keen on sema as a lwb so signing 2 is just fine for me! In regards to ebosele, does seem strange with the options we have but he’s probably an upgrade on all of them, could see Andrew’s go out on loan and ngakia moved on permanently to be honest.
Yeah can't argue with that, Andrews has been good, but you can tell he's 18 at times, him going out on loan to a lower Championship/League 1 club would be better for his development than sitting on the bench if Ferreira is first choice. Hope for Ngakia's sake that he gets a move away, there's a player in there, but he hasn't developed, and probably won't get much of a chance to do so here

Traditional incoming loans from Udinese tend to happen very late in the window eh when maybe we’ve had a chance to look elsewhere first. So I’d not be surprised to see at least one of Zemura or Ebosele join us for the season but I wouldn’t expect it to happen anytime soon.
True, but that’s what’s screwed us in the past. Last minute loans and the players are playing catch up with the squad, tactics and fitness. It can’t be the same again, if we’ve learnt. We need those loans in now, so they have a proper pre-season with us.

A good player for our level, Udinese get Kamara for £16m and we get this guy on what I presume will be a free loan, a very good deal for us.
Yes it's quite scary.... How we going to cope following a decent ish side with players that play for the shirt.? We're really going to struggle to adapt to that sort of change.... What will be the point of this forum... Aahh

I disagree (or at least, the only thing I noticed about him being 18 was that he was playing without fear). Last season we tried Kamara, Gaspar, Ngakia, Ferreira, Gosling at right (wing) back and Andrews was the pick of the bunch. Can't remember the game but one team clearly targeted him with loads of long diagonals and he dealt with them really well. In my opinion, he should start the season as first choice in his position but we should be prepared that he might have a dip at some point. He's the first academy product for years that looks like he could make it, would be very disappointed if we loaned him out.
Bristol City? I think he's been good overall, but still quite raw, I remember him being caught out a few times against Cardiff I think, and he gave away the penalty at Hull, and I do wonder if Ismael will be brave enough to persist with him when we have meaningful games again. It's one thing to play him with Ferreira injured and with there being little to play for, it would be a shame if he's sat on the bench all season because the manager sees the older man as a safer bet
I liked him and was surprised at how well he fitted in to the team. As for the best absolutely not. Gosling was nothing short of amazing at right back. Not that this matters now.
