Very strong rumours from within the Watford camp are suggesting that Jackson and Williamson will join a long list of Watford players going out on loan. Apparently this is going to happen before the end of next week.
O'Toole seems to be favoured over Williamson now, so it is possible. With Eustace, Francis, O'Toole and Bangura ahead of him it makes sense. Though with Francis sporadically injured it probably wouldn't be a brilliant idea IMO.
Jackson yes , but Williamson should be partnering Eustace so he can play his natural attacking midfield game instead of the defensive midfield game he had to adopt when partnering O'Toole and Francis
I don't know why we don't just get rid of Jackson immiediately. He's like 36 and he must be picking up £10k a week. :dismay:
Jackson can go, but not Williamson, with Francis still recovering from an injury and if another CM picks up an injury we may need him to cover.
Because there isn't exactly a queue of managers looking for an expensive, error-prone, slow grandad to potter about in their defence.
Recall clauses are alright, but I think you'll find any loans agreed now stipulate no recall is possible until 28 days have elapsed.
I got that wrong then , I will never listen these so called people in the know , although I'm very suprised we have not tried to get rid of Jackson. But then again somebody has got to want him.
does this mean he is classed as "one for the future" I would like to see Aidys list of " one with no future" sorry about the pop but we do seem to be carrying some dead wood.
