    The Daily Star claims we are one of three clubs (Bournemouth & Reading) keen on signing the Southend midfielder.

    The article claims he's 19 when he's actually 20 so they obviously havent done their homework. From the little I know of him he is quite highly rated and Phil Brown has described him as a "magician" and a "genius". Ive only seen him play once and he is the sort that can make something out of nothing and he has some ridiculous tricks on him, very good with the ball at his feet.

    Due to its source obviously we take it with a pinch of salt but I imagine what with McGugan potentially leaving in January then maybe the Pozzos are wanting to replace him with another young homegrown player. Could be something in it...
