There are no public groups to join. What it is on some forums where there are alot of sections, some section could be relevant to certain section of the members, weather it is to do with location or reputation, so in order to make the forum tidier, you can can have certain section only become visable to members of a public group. Each group will also have a group leader, like a local admin who is reposible for that area. It is something that is not needed for this forum at this moment in time.
