absolutely agree - took me nearly 2hrs to get tickets

 

Took me 10 minutes no issues at all.

I think you clearly under-estimate the technology being used by Ticket Master. The sophisticated software is clearly grading the applicants. Those rated most highly like RD & RI are getting though in no time at all. Those deemed "less desirable" are being delayed, bounced out etc for "no apparent reason". I think if you're having difficulty you need to ask yourselves "why me?" Ticket Master = TM, Theresa May = TM. Co-incidence? I really don't think so.

Watford will wear their home kit - yellow and black stripes - and Wolves will wear their white away strip at Wembley for their semi-final.

With Watford being the home side, if the game ends in a score draw, Wolves will win on away goals.

I think of myself as being fairly internet savvy. It's been 5 and a half hours and I'm no closer to getting tickets than I was at 10am this morning. I've been booted off the site at the payment stage 3 times, disconnected while waiting in the queue on the ticketmaster phone line twice, and have spent more time staring at that sodding grey circle than anyone should have to.

Well done those of you who managed to get tickets with ease, you are the exception. The system is a shambles and there is no excuse for why it should be this difficult.

 

Imagine how the system will cope with 300,000 wolves fans all logging in for a ticket?

 

They'll maybe use a different provider...as do Palarse who had no ticketing problems in either match when they played us as Wembley

Stuck in a queue for hours never seeming to move. Finally got in and selected the block I wanted, picked a seat, then got the message " Do not leave a single seat unoccupied". Click on the seat several more times then eventually lets me pick it!!

Then after all that have to pay nearly £5 for the privilege

Just hope that they learn from this for next time (but very much doubt it!)

Logged on 1500 got choice of not many seats (why) in the £80 lower section 90 minutes later, in area 126, would be interested to hear of availability later, no two seats available together in the area to the right of 126 (possibly 127)

so much for it being less busy later.

 

Absolutely useless. Had to password reset after getting in after 2 hours and the reset process took me to back of queue!

 

How do you assign to non season ticket holders. Finally got in. Got 4 St ids and can't add extra seats

 

It's pathetic. Even if you get as far as choosing seats, every click takes about 2 mins to register. It takes about 15 mins to get everything in your basket and then it times out and you're back to the start.

And as for the phone line....

 

With all of the troubles, it's still preferable to queuing outside the ground for hours on end as per the 80's

 

To compare today with the 1980's, it's like queueing for 2 hours, you finally get to the person at the till, then you say how many tickets you would like, they don't hear you correctly and because they didn't hear you first time, you are asked to go to the back of the queue for another 2 hours and told to speak more clearly next time.

Started at 10am. Eventually got tickets at 4.30pm. Seats I had wanted were gone after the 2nd time I was kicked off as I was about to pay.

Infuriated.

Hopefully they'll iron out the issues in time for us loyal Home Cat A fans have our chance to buy tomorrow morning.

I logged in half an hour ago to add someone to my network ahead of tomorrow and it took about 15 minutes of queuing to get through. So definitely thinning out now.

 

What a shambles. Hope we lose so I don’t have to go though that again. Utterly useless idiots.

 

You’ve got to assign the same season ticket holder to the second ticket. So two tickets per season ticket fan id

I didn’t figure this out and got booted out trying to assign a ticket to another fan id that isn’t a season ticket holder.

Started at 9.30 and finally got them at 3.55. Booted out twice with tickets in basket. Elton John can seek 250k tickets in a day for a tour and we cannot do 20k..

Out of interest did anyone buy one over phone. I must have tried the ticketmaster number 80 times and engaged all day. Was there ever a line available
