Well with Pépé almost securing a move to the Gooners, will Lukebakio end up at his preferred choice of Lille? Is the crazy merry-go-round about to start.
We are about to get 20m euros for a guy who once made an uninspiring substitute appearance for us against West Ham. This is peak Pozzo model.
Or put another way, we are going to get <£20m for a 21 year old striker who scored 11 in 23 in his first season in the Bundesliga, including a hat-trick away against Bayern?
Dodi wanted to stay and was tearing it up in training, but Gino has envy about his substantial member and has shipped him out. #needledick
Yes, but we don’t play in the Bundesliga. We’ve done not a great deal to develop or bring him on, yet have a healthy fee to show for it.
Plust our owner has a micropenis, so this will allow him to act like a big shot, even when the other members are laughing at him in the showers at the golf club.
They wouldn't have sold, and would have bought another 3 players who play in the same position for £15m each.
So we’ll be making about 13.5m on his transfer. A transfer so inexplicable that soon after @Steve Leo Beleck was linking it to money laundering investigations.
Thanks. That would be a healthy return, albeit on a lad that may turn out to be worth a bit more later. Even at the start of this thread there seemed to be some suggestion he was a bit disruptive before we signed him, could be rubbish, but if that is the case then happy to take the money and let him be an expensive problem for someone else. Shame though as we could do with some pace up front aside from Gerry D.
You know the club is doing alright when people are upset about a first team non-entity being potentially sold for 20 mill.
https://mobile.twitter.com/louorns/status/1156691417340829696 Done deal according to BILD. Will be announced tomorrow. Edit: €20mil+, never going to turn that down. Wanted to see what he could do in the Prem but at that money, that’s too good an offer.
Hopefully someone will pull together a highlights vid of her time here, so we have something to remember him by.
Given what we paid for him yes. But Sheff Utd paid £20 million for McBurnie so I’m sure the buyer is pleased as well.
