    From BBC web site:

Coventry have signed Hartlepool's Greek keeper Dimitrios Konstantopoulos on a free transfer.
The 28-year-old, who rejected a new deal with Pools, will become a Sky Blues player on 1 July.

Hartlepool signed Coventry keeper Arran Lee-Barrett to replace Konstantopoulos after he spurned Hartlepool's offer.

Boss Iain Dowie told Coventry's website: "He kept 25 clean sheets last season and that's a fantastic achievement at any level."

    Won't be getting him then!

No big loss, IMO there's much better out there available.

Agreed. I'd rather stick with Rich than get this chap.

25 clean sheets is very good indeed. I am certainly not 'delighted' we haven't signed him but I wait to see who Aidy decides is better.

I knew you'd be displeased Jobby and so be it. However I am sure that Lee - had he been at Hartlepool this season past - had posted as many if not more clean sheets.

The only bad thing about Lee is his distribution. His "pure" GK traits (shot stopping, 1-on-1, command of area etc) are easily CCC class. It's the 1-2-3HOOF that is his problem - or rather hitting a yellow shirt when he does.

    That's a bold assumption.

I reckon however, there would've been more clean sheets at the local OAP home
