Lets face it. He would be a good player for Watford, but his attitude stinks after the last attempt to sign him, he thinks he's to good for us. Maybe he is but that is not something or someone I'd like in the team. Tell him to pish off and continue his career as a player that could have been.....
How do we really know for a FACT he turned us down because we were going down? It might of been money (which is more likely IMO) Aidy tickled everyones trouser tents when he confirmed he wanted HH, I wouldn't of taken him back like many on here because of that stupid celebration he did last season. The way I see it is that dont sign anyone unless they are alot better than what we have, Fryatt only scored 4 goals last year, He's just another Priskin, Moses or Hoskins and we dont need that, Give them 3 ago.
Believe me I don't want to sign Fryatt. Or anyone else AT ALL under the age of 25. There is building for the future, and then there is having a sodding nursery school. If it was money, it shows he would rather sit in a squad doing naf all and getting a huge paycheck. Strikes me he is a shallow, unambitious, poncy footballer.
Fair point, But every footballer is the same, even the most loyal otherwise they would take enough home each week for a fairly good lifestyle rather than take home 130K a week home, John is on about 20K a week which I agree with Aidy/Simpson. I wouldn't pay anyone at Championship level over 15K, I think we should have gone for Fowler but the most I would of payed him would again be 15K.
If Fryatt is going to turn out to be another Priskin then for Gods sake sign him quickly as this season you will see that he's the way forward for us. He will get a minimum of 15 goals, I will collect big bucks from the bookies and we will win the title.
