What's the situation with this? Has been going on for quite a while now.

Logged out any time you exit Chrome on a browser, even with stay logged in ticked, and this has now carried over to the Chrome phone app as well, which never used to be in the case.

Check your firewall and antivirus. Sometimes it's flagged as unsafe and you might have to enable it as safe.

Clear your Browser Cookies Cache' then login, tick the box then close the browser, login and see if the issue has been resolved.

Try logging in on a different browser and see if you get the same issue. If you don't, then it's a restriction of chrome not saving login information, not a scripting problem with the site.

Throw your computer out the window.

When it's a Chrome issue, this is usually the best advice.

Speaking of Browsers, has anyone got or know anything about the "Brave Browser"? I was thinking of switching to it, but it's not very well known although has got some good reviews. I need one that's as secure as can be.

Brave is really good. Been using it for a while. Lots of built-in security right out of the install.

I'd go for Mullvad if you want security. It's reasonably new, but Mullvad are well-known for the privacy of their VPN, and it fits nicely in between hardened Firefox/Librewolf and Tor in terms of privacy. Obviously Tor is the absolute best, but if you are looking for something that can be used day to day, I'd give Mullvad a very good recommendation. For a larger rundown, this website here gives a chart of each browser for different categories of privacy and security (massive nerd warning) https://privacytests.org/
Each browser fills a different niche though, and I'd recommend more research.

My team of developers swear by it so that should be good enough as a recommendation!
One thing I use Brave for is having to log into multiple MS365 accounts at certain times of the week. Chrome and Edge are a nightmare with this whereas Brave works flawlessly.
    I'm a convert.

And I have the same issues with Chrome as first reported by Nath, so only use Brave for this site now.

Excellent recomendation thank you Diamond. What language do you use for software development just out of interest? :)

I've checked through your permissions and there is nothing that end causing it. Have you tried saving the site as a "favourite" when logged in with the "keep me signed in" box ticked? Sometimes that can force an action (or in this case prevent it) from happening.

If this still doesn't work, then do what I did and quit Firefox for Brave/Mullard. Never had a problem since. Not suggesting the problem is Firefox in general, but I started getting a host of problems with Firefox a while back. It's fine for general purpose but seems to faulter on stressful usage for some reason. Mozilla have mentioned nothing, so it's pure speculation on my part.

Firefox on a pc seems fine for me, if that means anything.

I expect it runs fine for most people and many will have little trouble with it. Problem with browsers is they are updated to the base level of the Operating System running them. They can have as many bells and whistles as they like, but if the underlying system doesn't understand what the browser is requesting it will outright refuse or act strangely, as myself and others have found out.

Prime example of this is Microsoft's Internet Explorer 6.0 (the most common version of it back then). It was riddled with bugs and script issues that MS never fixed. Several patches were released for it, but none helped.
