I reckon Chelsea have had it - gonna be mighty hard to go to Valencia in the second leg unless they've already got a few goals ahead at the Bridge. Great draw for Liverpool and I even think United have half a chance this season.
Bare in mind Valencia will have several players banned before that match after what happened with Inter. I think the winner of Man Utd vs Roma will go on and get the whole thing.
Chelsea certainly have a tough draw, and United won't fancy a trip to the Olimpico. However, Liverpool must be pleased!

Liverpool in poor form? They just beat Barca, something I think to remember Arsenal could not do last year. I can see Chelsea v Man Utd in the final.
