That ball juggling third own goal was a corker and we thank BHA for that too.

 

We outplayed Spurs and lost 1-0, who are currently 3rd and were probably the best team in the prem at that current time.

The league table is nothing for you to sit in fat triumph over. It's as good as it is going to get for you. Next season you will struggle.

Now Southampton, they look the finished article and must be considered the pride of the South Coast. I'm just glad we didn't concede 6 (with three highly amusing own goals, for instance).

 

You lost 3-0 at home to Saints and yet we smashed them by the same scoreline at the Amex.

As for next season if Gus isn't poached then i'm backing us to go up. With the Amex being expanded so to will our budget.

Anyway we could still go up this year, Nine games unbeaten run we are now on and are placed very nicely just outside the top 6. Don't write us off just yet.

Can you imagine Brighton on MOTD every Saturday night ? It's mouth watering thinking about it.

Also would you like to see us go up ? Be honest.

 

Malky has done a great job at Cardiff, but us Watford fans are a sour lot; and I for one wouldn't mind you grabbing their play-off spot and going up that way. McDermott of Reading has the charisma of a breeze block and would force me to turn over MOTD, and blackpool + birmingham have recently had their chance, so I think Brighton would be a nice change. However, if you don't go up this season, you may find it hard holding on to Poyet. And Buckley of course, cos he's amazing apparently...

Am I right in thinking that you now have Danny Cullip as a coach at Brighton? Even though he only played a couple of times on loan for us (the high point of his career :naughty: ), always thought that he was a decent defender, and thought that we should have attempted to sign him permanently.
