Next season the Prem will no doubt provide us with 3 leagues within one again with only TH being able to break into the top 4 .... IMO. The fight to avoid the drop will provide mouth watering stuff given the financial implications. Who do you think will fall through the trap door and avoid a trip to the Vic next season. I'd say: Fulham (no amount of NI internationals will keep them up) Birmingham (forever a yo yo club under Bruce) Derby (like us, not enough time to assemble a squad, need to much dosh) Earlier I would have said Wigan but some of their recent signings should keep them out of trouble.
Fulham have really assembled a Championship squad over the summer, whilst anyone who thinks that Lawrie Sanchez is a better manager than Coleman is on drugs. Any of the promoted sides would be likely candidates, but it depends very much on whether any of them can get some early luck and momentum to give them a chance. My prediction: S'land Foolham Derby
It's a tough one to call. Last summer, who would have predicted that West Ham would have just avoided relegation? I reckon a big(ish) team will be down there... maybe Bolton or Boro. I also think Reading will struggle.
