If you're talking about the bots that appeared today then all I can do is block the IP address range from where they came. However, one of the top tips regarding forums is never to block bots. They generate page hits over time and therefore better search stats.
No talking about blocking me between the hours of 9 to 5 so I actually get some work done for a change ;D
