This is impressive. I've arrived as a refugee from the fishal site, having been banned and had, it seems, every post I've ever written removed from the boards. Bizarre! Just made my first post and tested out the edit facility. That's more like it! Can't go to Pompey tomorrow so hope people post on here when they get back and tell all about our win!
Hi Afanof and welcome. Most of us keep up to date with the main boards by regularly visiting here and there, but I don't recall you ever being outrageous with your posts on the main boards. Feel free to have a good look around and don't be shy to make suggestions. One good thing about the software we're running is it's very flexible to changes, unlike some places I think quite a few people on the main boards have registered here "just in case". Let's hope the main boards never close.

Thanks for the friendly welcome. I'm not very likely to be making suggestions, rather asking how things work on here, but so far, so good! As for the other place - the most outrageous thing I said yesterday was something like, 'well said, I agree'. Being wiped off the face of the board completely is a bit strange though. I even skipped back to early September to threads I remember adding to and I'm not there! Oh well, that board has been threatening to implode for a while now. Now for 3 points tomorrow.

Hi I thought birdy was already here, I'm sure I saw him on the members list. Paddy will never leave. He'll go down with the sinking ship proudly singing Yellow Army as the waves close over the message board. As for the other two, I don't know but you'll either get both or neither!
From recent guest viewers, I'd say most regulars from the official boards have had a peek already. Unless things go totally t1ts up on the main boards I'd say the regulars will stay there. It's not easy to be a big player with almost celebrity status on one forum then have to start again on a new one. I've been there, (not Watford related), and it's not a nice thing to have to do. Plus the longer we're here the further down the pecking order new users will be. Forums have a very complex social status, something that non forum users like GS totally fail to understand when talking about closing them. Short answer, probably never, but there's not a single person who'd not be welcome..
your right, there is a complex social status, if i was to go on now as a new user, and agree with jobr on something hes right about, then tell pya that he is dillusional and needs to stop impersonating a bear, i would get dozens of abusive threads, but if it was the other way - nothing.
My son ripped harries tail off one day and ran off with it... nearly got us thrown out but was funny to watch!! lol
I'm reliably informed that Harry is part Lizard and he tail is detachable as a defence mechanism. The Green team should have let him keep it as Harry would have grown another one.
I was tempted.... my son went to a lot of trouble trying to reach that far to grab it he was most dissapointed when he had to give it back.. he was only 5 at the time.. lol
