    WOW that was like the good old days!!! elton johns taylor made army!!!!

    the atmosphere was much better so i think we can give ourselves a pat on the back for doing our bit, no we need the lads on the pitch to do theirs.

    that was good, the atmousphere in the first half was average, but we did quite well in the second half.

    Reading fans were dreadful and for once the home fans came out on top.

    the reading fans before the game were singing 'poo ground, no fans'. and obviously thought they were better. the 'where were you when you were poo' chant was spot on.

    It wasn't silent but at the same time it wasn't great.

    The Reading fans weren't silent - you could hear them in the family part of the East Stand, but from what I saw of the second half we were singing well. I don't get out of the family room unitl 69th minute so missed quite a bit of second half.

    aidy boothroyd's yellow army continued for 14 minutes and 30 seconds according to Tony Francis in today's Telegraph.

    it felt like half an hour.
