...to the first person with less than 1000 'orns to their name already to tell me who scored the first ever Premiership goal for Watford, against who and from how far out.

No strings attached, just a bit of fun. And by Premiership I mean the Premier League since 1992, not the old First Division.

 

Without looking it up I couldn't say but I'm sure our first Prem game was home to Wimbledon and we lost 2-1 so would have been that game, but scorer and distance I have no idea.

I would have ruled out looking it up but there was no way to police it. Ah well, still valid in my book. Might even be a nudge to the richer members on here to actually spend their 'orns and be inovative rather than watching the numbers get bigger for no gain

 

Fair enough. I'll subtract the 1000 'orns from the Blackburn petrol costs. Now 1 'orn is equivilant to £0.000000001p in the real world I'm reliably informed, so lets call it a penny reduction.

I bought the stupid name things what cost me over 5000 orns i did that to let others catch up but only chewitt did. I dont really see why i should give away my orns.

It's just abit of fun, nobody actually cares. Although some people failed to realise nobody cared and that it was all harmless fun and went off on one.

I can kinda understand it though... regardless of what peolpe claim in this thread ('Orns not being important/ nobody really cares etc) there are some who seem to take pride in creating a virtual have vs have not society

That funny because he did not have a problem with bragging when he was winning orns. If he gone because of orns then of course that is very sad.

You know full well why he went as you read his post that he was fed up with the way three people gloated about there wealth, when as you can see from this thread a few others share his point that in reality they are worth nothing.

I think anyone who gets worked about some orns is sad and paddy has done so and left because of that, i do think that is sad. Perhaps if paddy did not mind the bragging when it he was winning. Its just a case of him being a bad loser. To have ago at some of the people he did have ago at was the touch of a bad loser.
