we already pay, just in a different way. we'll end up paying the money somehow, through income tax, road tax VAt or something else. its a good idea really, people who dont drive much dont have to pay as much
As a replacement to Road Tax and duty on fuel it makes sense. As an addition to these taxes it's daylight robbery.
