Might as well give up if a linesman can't see that offside

Lucky VAR didn’t ruin the wonderful moment!

Well yes was offside but people would rather have errors than VAR..

Looks like the assistant couldn’t see - is that just bad luck ?

Why on earth do Cardiff think Nantes are in any way responsible ? Who chartered that flight on that plane with that pilot ? This all seems very distasteful....

A very, very murky situation all round. Let's not forget that Cardiff tried to insure Sala for £20m the day after the plane disappeared.

The fact that Cardiff are pursuing a case for £100m based on the spurious claim that they'd have stayed up if Sala had played for them is extremely distasteful.

Some of the details surrounding both clubs and the agents and middle men involved make startling reading even for those who have some understanding of just how grubby and grasping the football industry is.

Distasteful and quite frankly ridiculous. They are clearly just looking to get a £10m or so "go away and leave us alone" settlement from Nantes based on little/nothing.

    Am I missing something here???

On the Beeb 'scores and fixtures' section, they've fixed what ain't broke, made it well-flashy (in their opinion), but there's now no 'show scorers' option?

    WTAF???

You don’t want to have to click on the score for every game, you want to see scorers at a glance, for oddities, own goals, Watford loanees scoring, sending offs etc. Hopefully an oversight they will fix.

Very impressive from Leicester when the pressure was on them .

What a shame Southampton got pumped 5-0 in a must win game! C**ts.

Surely Leicester can’t mess it up now?

Leeds are bound to win their last two but Ipswich aren’t going to win all their remaining games in a run-in that includes Hull and Coventry away, so Leicester just need a couple of points. And after such a confidence-boosting win they should do the job at Preston, who’ve proved just how average they are lately.

Hull weren't amazing against us though and are actually better away than at home. Their hopes of playoffs are also probably too distant for them now. Coventry will also likely have nothing to play for by the time they play Ipswich.

Ipswich haven't been so hot of late themselves, but you couldn't entirely rule them out of getting a decent haul.

There's no reason that Leicester can't get 4 points anyway from their two remaining fixtures though, which would put it beyond doubt.

Southampton are an incredibly dull side to watch. Death by sideways passing.

Explains why we came so close to taking points off them in both games. Leicester were ruthless second half but Southampton never helped themselves with the performance. It's playoffs or nothing now for them. It looks like the foxes have finally gotten that win to push them past the two final games. Leeds/Ipswich for second, but it's down to who can hold their nerve. Leeds were not great at Boro' last night but just about won it in a cracking game, and the most important thing was the points of course. Southampton were right in the chasing pack for the top two, until they weren't. A bit like us being in a possible playoff hunt, until we weren't.

Interestingly Hull play Coventry tomorrow, the winner has a squeak of the play-offs, the team(s) that don't win will almost certainly be in the Championship again next season (Hull had a similar situation against Boro the other day, which was a draw which didn't help their chances, but dropped points from WBA and Norwich have kept their hopes on life support). Ipswich will be hoping for a draw I guess, unless you make the argument that teams tighten up when the pressure is on. Cov unfortunately might have a bit too little in the legs after such a sterling effort on Sunday, will need a miracle from them to make the top 6

The away league game yes but the home fixture was Healey’s 97th minute equaliser (one that we thoroughly deserved too). Should have won that before needing to equalise in the last minute though, Southampton were poor.

Leeds will take that second automatic promotion spot, no doubt. As for the play offs, who the hell knows what’ll happen there. I fancy West Brom for it but it could easily be any of the 4 teams that win it. Play offs: Good fun when you’re not in them, nothing more nerve-wracking when you are!

I can see Ipswich getting four points from their away games, but assuming they beat Huddersfield who are woeful, that will still leave Leicester only needing two draws.

Amazing on two counts that they could get 96 points in their first season back in the Championship and still not go up.

I wouldn’t rule out Ipswich winning their last 3 games in which case they are up even if Leeds win their last 2. Not easy games but with the prize so close and their opponents realistically having little to play for when they meet…..

As far as the play-offs go, based on their performances against us, I really can’t see Southampton, West Brom or Norwich winning. So I would have to go for whoever doesn’t make the top two out of Leeds or Ipswich.

Hull keep their faint play-off hopes alive by beating Coventry, it is a result which isn't absolutely perfect for Norwich, but suits them just fine as realistically, a win at home to Swansea at the weekend will secure them a play-off spot

Yes Norwich need to win one of their last 2 games. 2 draws or less and 2 wins for Hull would get Hull that last spot.

Norwich may laugh if Hull batter Ipswich 10-0, but they won't be laughing when they see what it does to the goal difference!
