I've got a new game I now play at matches. When there's obviously away fans sitting in the row in front of me, (which appears to happen quite often in the SEJ), I make comments to try and get any sort of reaction from them. Yesterdays efforts consisted of "I see United have brought their own officials", "I wish we had Ashley Young back" (that was just before he scored, the ****), and at 2-3 "that's shut those northern monkeys up at last". Not a twitch, they were very good.
A couple of years ago when Liverpool played us at the Vic, a plastic scouser decided unwillingly to play a game with me. He told me that I was in his seat- I was a ST holder at the time. I then played a game of "how should I react?" in my head before telling him that that's definitely my seat.

He can, but if he decides it's a foul, then the free kick should be taken from where it's committed, not where the player ends up.
The first shirt pull the ref. plays advantage. Pogba is stiĺl ahead of Doucoure with the ball. The point where he couldn't play advantage was where Pogba was brought down. So that's where he gave the free kick. Separate fouls.
I used to give giraffes abuse all the time, but tired of being told to "wind my neck in" so opted for a shorter necked creature.
This post should always be referenced when we get too far ahead of ourselves. As much as I don’t like the idea of Silva kicking off about signings given out Summer outlay, I do kinda hope he did kick off about the lack of investment in the defence. Hopefully that’s what Duxbury was referencing in his interview in the Standard when he talked about the January window. As much as I respect the efforts of Cathcart, Mariappa, Britos etc they are simply not good enough when matched up with the clubs ambition, which was also referenced by Duxbury.
Of course. Who likes bad football? Maybe you used the wrong word, because I can understand admiring a brilliant performance against us, but "enjoying" watching us getting humped is just weird.
I wouldn't normally enjoy a 4-0 defeat, let alone 6-0, but that was special. I used the word I intended to use
It blows my mind that someone could enjoy watching us get smashed for 6. But each to their own as the chap above says!
I enjoy watching us lose more than watching us win. Especially if it's to one of my real favourite teams like Man Utd, Chelsea or Charlton.
