Tony Pulis I can't stand, but surely whether or not he touched the ball is irrelevant, because he tackled him from directly behind. That's a foul anyway, isn't it?

Yet you tell everyone you're 31. When people ask how are old are you, you don't respond by saying I am in my 32nd year on earth.

I may be looking at him from a biased point of View. I still think he's past it now, Gray to replace him full time.

Thanks. I said in another thread a while back that because of the rotten memories of our two seasons in the prem back in 99/00 and 06/07, I'm collecting as many memories as possible whilst we're enjoing a period of success. I missed all but the last year of GT's first spell, so being competitive in the top flight is still a novelty to me! As long as the Pozzo's remain in charge I'm sure we can continue it:). We've had many exciting seasons in the lower leagues, but it's nice to be mixing it up with the best teams in the country.

Or he's wondering if Man City will be back in for him in January! Here's a picture I didn't post the first time - he's now gobbing on the pitch (either in disgust at losing a late goal, or at his manager's tactics - you decide:D):

It wouldn't've been a foul if it was 1970 and they were called Leeds

watch the game - foul occurred at 93.55 so he had to let it be taken - the fact that Foster was bollocked for time wasting at 91 mins meant he was always going to play 94.30 anyway

Remember when Doucoure wasn't good enough for the first team and needed to be shipped out?

Great footage of fans celebrating Rich's equaliser. Particularly enjoyed the grey-haired old **** running down the stairs in an attempt to get on the pitch with the players - until I realised it was me! Note to self: Moderate pre-match fluid intake

Extended highlights now up on the club site.

    https://www.watfordfc.com/matches/match-review/match-review

Few things I noticed from watching it again:-

    1. Would Doucoure's catastrophic flick-on from their corner have gone in off the bottom of the back post, even if those two grunting WBA lumps hadn't nearly half-killed each other throwing their bodies at it?

    2. If you watch the highlights, look at the West Brom fans behind the goal when Doucoure's shot goes in. The absolute definition of West Midlands misery. 5000 Timothy Spall look-a-likes, lank hair all soggy from the rain and hanging down their forehead from the hood on the "doofle coat" that's so popular in those parts.

    3. Gomes was really shaky after the two goals - as the commentator said, he nearly leaked a third not long after and I doubt we would have come back from that. It was difficult goalkeeping conditions in that constant Brummy drizzle and with a wet ball, but it really was a dodgy display from him yesterday. I suppose he'll know better than anybody.

    4. Capoue could have had two long-range goals. One in particular that thumped off the advertising boards behind after getting a deflection, was such a bullet I expect it tore every hair out of Evans' leg when it deflected and almost certainly shattered a football shaped circle of LEDs in the electronic advertising.

    5. I thought Deeney did alright, then I read everyone complaining about him and thought perhaps I'd been wrong. But no, he did alright. He held the ball up pretty well and played decently considering it was his first full game back.

    Yeah feeling it for Okaka.

Think there is a decent EPL striker in there waiting to come out .

I was referring to our Middle East hornet , who also advocates modern slavery in order to build white elephant stadiums to justify their existence to a systemically corrupt global, European dominated football institution.

Good result away from home, a shame we switched off for 10 minutes after such a bright start, it felt a bit 'Arsenal' at the beginning, with plenty of pretty football but no end product. Overall we were by far the better team and on another day we'd of won that comfortably. Once again, I thought we really could've done with Okaka, what on earth has happened to him?

On a lesser note, Birmingham really has a problem with what I assume is that spice drug.

To be fair, I'd be smoking it too if I had to watch Tony Pulis manage my team every week.

Anyone else notice that when Richarlison scores and runs off to celebrate he thinks about taking his shirt off - but then hesitates remembering the stick he got

    From the West Brom messageboards:

"I'd give my right arm to swap managers with Watford. They are everything I want to see the Albion play like, they had a purpose about them, got after it, confident on the ball and were positive even when they went 2-0 down"

    http://westbrom.com/forum/index.php?topic=15324.16175

    High praise indeed
