We played two up front in our first season which worked well until Ighalo forgot where the goal was

And of course before that it was Vydra, how are we supposed to score regularly at this level with just one up front. Play Deeney up front with a strike partner and I think we will reap rewards.

Not my story mate! I just wish we had a decent negotiating team and had got out already it's all this weak assed haggling that is peeing me off.

It’s a name given to a type of advance fee scam where trustworthy people are selected, usually via email, by high ranking officials from a foreign bank. They often have a vast sum of money (16m USD is a standard figure) that has been left by the sudden death of a god-fearing client of theirs and they need to distribute it to somebody else as they can’t collect it themselves. They entrust the mark to pass it on to charitable church causes and such like. The mark is allowed a small cut for themselves and of course the scammer will want his cut. Unfortunately to start the process the mark must forward a payment to the scammer to start the process, these payments become more regular and increase in value as the scammer hits more ‘diffuculties’ until the mark realises that there is no chance of getting any money.

As for 419, that is touted as being the dialling code for Nigeria where the scam thought to originate. A quick google didn’t back this up.

This morning Talk Sport said they were sure Deeney would be leaving and probably announced this week.

I still don’t think he is going anywhere

Well Okaka might stay but we'll still need a replacement for Troy. Slimani starts again for Leicester tonight and apart from Éder there have been **** all strikers linked. Can't see Troy going, would prefer to keep him and give him a proper send off at the end of the season.

Anything that radio station is sure of can be taken with a pinch of salt. Except of course the rampant sexism, alcoholism and lad culture which is 100% correct.

If he is getting his head sorted as has been written then I'd take him over Slimani.

As others have said, other areas are a priority and as Saturday shows, a Troy Deeney in the right frame of mind is a game changer.

So given Chelsea want a proven Premier League target man, and approaches for Carroll and now Crouch look to be unsuccessful...is Troy next on the list?

What else does he need to get him in the right frame of mind for the other 90% of games he plays? He's Captain, and he earns about £3.5m (about £10,000 a day) for playing football in the top league in the most popular football competition in the world.

    Can't think of anything myself.

Stoke fans reckon they have been linked with Troy.

Joe Allen would probably wake up in a cold sweet at the news!

With Gracia playing two up front more often than not we could finally see the best of Troy and Andre now.

Wouldn’t you just rotate Richarlison, Carrillo and Pereyra in the two wide positions?

I don't think Carillo will stay long term. We've always looked really good with Femenia on the right and Richie on the left. Which means 2 central places available.

Chalobah (when he's back) and Doucoure are nailed on starters, so it means Clevs and Perreyra dropping to the bench.
