This weekend has had numerous examples of teams not taking their chances when on top.
Everton looked the more sprightly before conceding and were unfortunate with the second.
GOT will be in meltdown!

No midfield enforcer signing despite needing one for about 4 seasons

No captain material signed despite needing one for about a decade.

The clubs a shambles mate and a predictable one at that.

Whole club from top to bottom has a weak mentality and the fans are fools for continuing to pay their money to be put through the same feeble garbage‘.

Is it just coincidence that this season’s persistent sicknotes are ex Everton?

 

They looked a lot better this week than against WHU, but they repeatedly failed to take advantage of a pretty slack Arsenal side. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, what is odd is that we did actually look very good under Silva in that intial period but I haven’t once seen Everton look anything other than unconvincing. I think we’re a better team and have a better coach than Everton, so are more than capable of giving Arsenal a run for their money.

 

Looking at that display Arsenal insist on playing out from the back - and are not very good at it. Even a mediocre team like Everton had them in trouble. The Hornets can certainly swarm all over them, nick the ball and make some hay.

 

It's a shame Silva will be sacked by Christmas, there's a good chance he could take them down if he stays all season.

 

Was there a touchline spat between the coaches?

No surprise is it. It shows the general practice across the board at Everton. It’s an “if we want it, we’ll get it” attitude that’s driving the club, regardless of rules and regulations.

I can see this only strengthening our case, as more examples points to the club’s blatant disregard.

 

Fulham lost the mtach yesterday rather than Everton winning it. Should've been 2-0 up in the first half!

Only two possible trophies we have a sniff of, and you put out a weakened team against southampton, who the ***** steamrollered in second gear.

I dont personally give a ***** if we finish 6th or 16th, as long as we turn up in the cups. Complete disregard for the 30 something thousand who turned up. Fcuk off.
