I really think that finally, this is our chance, the stars have aligned perfectly and it’s now or never... I reckon we can keep them to under 6 goals this time.

Away to Man City next weekend, what’s the point in playing that game when you’re already down. Don’t blame the players for getting sent off. Man City Away, David Silva’s last home Premier League game. You just know they are going to rip Norwich a new one.

Aren't Man City on the beach? People said that was the reason Bournemouth did well against them.

Yes, but now they are off it for the weekend, only to go back the beach vs us. Then they are back off the beach for their final home game and with a David Silva send off. Hope that clears it up.

Just had a look on a Southampton forum before their match later. I don’t know if I was on the wrong site, as I’m not sure what the main forum is for Southampton fans, but certainly from this one (The Ugly Inside) it seems the so-called “rivalry” between them and Bournemouth is very one sided. Most of the comments on there don’t seem to give two hoots about whether or not Bournemouth go down or stay up and as many seem to want the latter as the former.
Doesn’t fill me with confidence ahead of today’s match (I know it’s different with no fans, but still - was hoping that any fierce rivalry would have been communicated back to the team). Just have to hope Southampton’s good post-break form continues.

More importantly though, the manager has said he didn’t like the way Bournemouth players celebrated their win earlier in the season so it sounds like he and the players would like to respond to that.

Don't do it to yourself, don't put yourself through the pain of watching another nail in our coffin. Go and do something healthy today like a cycle ride or walk in the woods.

Come back in a months time and see where we ended up.

    Classic commentator clanger.

It went something like 'The goal will help Pearson at Watford enjoy his Sunday lunch... ...Oh, hearing he's just been sacked.' Oops.

Maybe add a few more sprouts and another Yorkshire pudding to his plate to cheer him up.

My one experience of Pearson in the flesh(!) was him entering St Albans' ground for an U23 evening game. He clapped his hands together and bellowed "Right, where are the burger vans?" as Shakespeare and several others in his collective clan laughed loudly. I can't say I'm sorry to see him go.

Shame it was not 4-0. Should have been. Redmond should have gone around the keeper and Ings with his stutter penalty. Hope this knocks the stuffing out of the martyrs and St.Eddie. Now for Woolwich to beat Villa.

Muff have a late equaliser ruled off side and then Southampton go and make it 2-0 in the 98 minute of 95.

    hahahahahaha

shove that up your arse Eddie.

minus 2 to goal difference. All we need is a villa loss and then a draw guarantees safety

Amazing how BT are spinning it out. As if Burnmouth dominated the game and had the best chances. Southampton should have buried them. If Ramsdale was an animal he would be a beaver. Minimize the damage against Abu Dhabi and then look for a point at a FA Cup preparing Woolwich.

I don't believe in God but if a single entity does hold the fate of each and every one of us in his almighty hands then I think he must have taken today off and his son is doped up & having the time of his life in his place. What is going on today?!
